Commercial Electrical Renovation

Scope of Work:

Renovation of a 1950s commercial building for a restaurant/bar and rooftop patio by Area Energy & Electric, Inc.

Area provided complete lighting controls and automation as well as the needed electrical
infrastructure to make this transformation possible.

Installed and programmed a Hubbell CX16 lighting control panel and dimming fixtures
